THE POWER OF RESPONSIVE LEADERSHIP TRAINING MODULES

Each module in the Power of Responsive Leadership Series can be customized as a keynote or workshop. Depending on the length of your program, we can combine modules to build custom workshops that meet your group's needs. Workshops have built-in activities and application and can include workbooks.

Presentations can be tailored to the experience level of your audience (future leaders, new managers, mid-level managers, and all the way up to experienced C-suite) and customized to address specific business needs, situations, or issues.


MODULE ONE: LEADING FROM A READY POSITION

Responsive leadership is a mindset that allows leaders to anticipate needs and respond effectively. In this module, you'll learn the difference between reactive and responsive leadership, how to craft pre-determined responses to high-stakes situations, and understand the difference between leadership activity and leadership impact.

MODULE TWO: LEADING AND COMMUNICATING WITH CLARITY

The absence of clarity in the workplace results in confusion, conflict, unnecessary mistakes and rework, and high turnover. On the contrary, organizations that prioritize clarity see increases in engagement, commitment, productivity, and morale. This training teaches leaders how to create clarity for their teams and organization in practical ways. You’ll learn the benefits of clarity in the workplace, identify three costly mistakes leaders make when it comes to clarity, and gain helpful insights on how to create a culture of clarity in your team or organization.

MODULE THREE: LEADING ACCORDING TO PATTERNS

You can know a leader, team, or organization by their patterns. When we learn to lead according to patterns, we are empowered to make better decisions, have more effective conversations, and shape the future of our teams and organizations. This training teaches leaders how to identify, coach, and reward patterns to produce the culture and results they desire.

MODULE FOUR: OWNING YOUR TIME

At its core, excellent time management is self-leadership. To maximize our time and create meaningful impact, we must learn how to guard and invest our time where it matters most. This training invites leaders to view their time differently, and as a result, use it more effectively. Participants will learn five things responsive leaders say no to so they can focus on creating impact.

MODULE FIVE: DEVELOPING ATTENTIVE LEADERSHIP SKILLS

Distractions are at an all-time high for leaders, and yet the people we lead need our attention more than ever. This training teaches leaders how to be fully present when it counts and how to identify when and where their attention is most needed. In addition, you will learn and practice the three crucial skills of attentive leaders - listening, noticing, and interpreting.

MODULE SIX: CULTIVATING A HIGH-FEEDBACK CULTURE

How an organization gathers, interprets, and implements feedback is central to its culture. Healthy organizations have high-feedback cultures where multi-directional feedback helps everyone grow, solve problems effectively, and engage in meaningful work. This training teaches leaders how to effectively gather, interpret, and implement feedback to improve results.
